It has created a branding, marketing and advertising campaign directed towards Rowan residents, site selection consultants, brokers and new and expanding firms. The School System is provided a channel in the local cable television system and does periodic local programming during the school year. Catawba College has a small FM educational station which operates on an evening schedule during the school year.
