Southmark III

The Southmark III building on Long Meadow Dr in the Southmark Commercial Center is a premier building available in Rowan County, NC. The building is new construction and is ready for an initial tenant. Developed for use as a manufacturing or warehouse/ distribution site, it was built ready for customization to suit the client.

Summit Corporate Center

The Summit Corporate Center is open for business. With the opening of the Square D facility, the industrial park is gaining speed and interest in locating there is increasing. Located just off I-85 on Julian Road, the Center is owned by Rowan County and is being jointly marketed and developed with the Keith Corporation. There are currently 154 acres available for development in parcels ranging from 2 to 26 acres. Visit the EDC website (Summit Corporate Center) for a copy of the masterplan or map of the park.
