Southmark Corporate Center

With almost 34 acres available in four to seven acre tracks, the Southmark Commercial Center is a ready for development.

The industrial park is located 1.5 miles west of Interstate 85 on Highways 29/601 and less than 1 mile south of the Rowan County Airport. All infrastructure is in place with full utilities and the roads are curbed and guttered. Signage identifies the park entrance and landscaping is in place.

Southmark Commercial Center was established in 1988 and was satellite annexed into the City Limits of Salisbury.
The developer is seeking light manufacturing and distribution projects.

Currently, WA Brown, Trelleborg Prodyn, and Ryder have major operations in the park.

Thompson Screen Printing

The Thompson Screen Printing building on Palmer Road in Rockwell is available for sale as a light industrial or distribution operation.
