Gamewell Building
The Gamewell Building on Industrial Drive in Salisbury is available for lease as a light industrial or distribution operation. Located on a three and a half acre site, the building is over 70,000 square feet in size and is in good condition. Constructed in 1970 with major expansion in 1973, the building was formerly home to a commercial HVAC manufacturer, is entirely air conditioned and has 10,380 sq ft of newly renovated office space. There is a large exterior area with a fenced in loading dock and storage area with a 16x16 roll up door, two 8x8 dock high doors, a 10 ton crane with drive in pit to unload heavy item and an outside crane to load heavy item. Additionally, the building offers two 10x10 dock doors with rail siding, an 8x8 dock door and 10x13 ground level with a pit. Ceiling height is 20' throughout with columns spaced at 40x30 and ample paved parking. The building is about 3 miles west of Interstate 85 and is served by all major utility providers.

Hinkle Site
With almost 87 acres available, the Hinkle site is prime property for future development. The site is located east of Interstate 85 off Long Ferry Rd (Exit 81) on Willow Creek Rd in northern Rowan County. Formerly used as a farm, it is mostly timbered with a large clearing in the center and generally level with a gentle slope to the south and east. The site is serviced by Duke Power and water, sewer and natural gas is a short extension away. Zoned for manufacturing and industry (M1), the Hinkle site is available for $20,000 an acre.
