Speedway Business Park

Rowan County is pleased to offer six beautiful sites in Speedway Business Park ranging in size from ¼ acre to 10 acres. Located conveniently off Interstate 85 (Exit 72), the Park is home to the new North Carolina Quarter Midget Association Speedway and is served by Porter Road and Speedway Blvd.  All roads are state constructed and maintained, and are served with 12” water and 8” sewer lines from the Salisbury-Rowan Utilities Department.  Electrical service is provided by Duke Power Company. The Park is priced competitively in the Salisbury-Rowan County market. Gamewell Building

The Gamewell Building at 630 Industrial Dr in Salisbury is a well-maintained, large manufacturing or warehousing location. The structure was originally built in 1970 with a significant addition in 1973 and consists of two buildings connected by a covered breezeway. It is available as either one building of 158,847 square-feet or as a Lower Building of 73,221 square-feet and an Upper Building of 85,628 square-feet. There are about 10,000 square-feet of newly renovated offices in each building. There is a large exterior fenced in loading dock and storage area with a 10 ton crane with drive in pit to unload heavy items and an outside crane to load heavy item. Each building has multiple roll up doors, dock high doors, ground level doors with a pit. Ceiling height is 20' throughout with columns spaced at 40x30.  Located just off Jake Alexander Blvd and 4 miles from Interstate 85, the Gamewell building is a great location for a relocating or expanding business.
