Southmark
Commercial Center was established in 1988 by a Richmond, Va. developer
and is now under Salisbury ownership. The park was satellite annexed into
the City Limits of Salisbury. Developer is seeking light manufacturing
and distribution projects. The park is curbed and guttered with a portion
of water, sewer, gas and phone service underground. Some landscaping in
place, however, Signage identifies the park entrance.

LOCATION
The
development is located on US 29/601, a four lane highway and is approximately
1.5 miles east of Interstate 85.

Center is located within Duke Power and Piedmont Natural Gas service
areas. Infrastructure is in place.
