Whitney Industrial Park was established in 1989 by a developer from Long Island, NY. The developer is seeking light manufacturing and distribution projects. LOCATION The
park is 4.3 miles southeast of Salisbury and is outside the city limits.
The development is located 1.5 miles form I-85 and 3/4 mile to US 29/601. COVENANTS Protective
Covenants available upon request.
The
City of Salisbury provides water and sewer service. Whitney Industrial
Park is located within Duke Power and Piedmont Natural Gas service areas.
